Vračila in odstop od pogodbe.

Pravica do odstopa od pogodb.

V skladu z Zakonom o varstvu potrošnikov (ZVPot) ima kupec pravico, da v 8 dneh od prejema blaga podjetju sporoči, da odstopa od pogodbe, ne da bi omu bilo treba navesti razlog.

Rok za odstop začne teči naslednji dan po prejemu blaga.

Pogoji za vračilo izdelka

Stanje izdelka

Vrnjeni izdelek mora biti:

  • neuporabljen,
  • nepoškodovan,
  • v nespremenjeni količini,
  • v originalni embalaži.

Kupec odgovarja za zmanjšanje vrednosti blaga, če je zmanjšanje posledica ravnanja, ki ni nujno potrebno za ugotovitev narave, lastnosti in delovanja blaga.


Izdelki, ki jih ni mogoče vrniti

Izjeme od pravice do odstopa

Vračilo ni mogoče za:

  • izdelke, ki so bili uporabljeni ali poškodovani po prejemu,
  • higienske izdelke ali izdelke za osebno uporabo, če je bila embalaža odprta,
  • digitalne vsebine ali izdelke za prenos,
  • darilne kartice.

Postopek vračila

Kako vrniti izdelek

Po potrjenem odstopu od pogodbe morate izdelek vrniti najkasneje v 14 dneh od obvestila o odstopu.

Naslov za vračilo prejmete po e-pošti po oddanem zahtevku.

⚠️ Izdelkov ne pošiljajte neposredno proizvajalcu.


Povračilo kupnine

Način in rok vračila

Po prejemu in pregledu vrnjenega izdelka bomo kupnino povrnili:

  • na enak način plačila, kot je bil uporabljen ob nakupu,
  • najkasneje v 14 dneh po prejemu obvestila o odstopu,
  • podjetje lahko zadrži vračilo, dokler blago ni prejeto ali dokler kupec ne predloži dokazila o vračilu.

Stroški vračila

Kdo krije stroške?

  • Stroške vračila blaga krije kupec.
  • Stroški pošiljanja niso vračljivi.
  • Priporočamo uporabo sledljive pošiljke.

Cyclingdragon ne odgovarja za pošiljke, ki se med vračilom izgubijo.


Zamenjave in reklamacije

Poškodovan ali napačen izdelek

Če prejmete:

  • poškodovan izdelek,
  • napačen izdelek,

nas nemudoma kontaktirajte na info@clingdragon.com.
V takem primeru stroške zamenjave ali vračila krije Cyclingdragon.


Izdelki v akciji

Pravica do odstopa od pogodbe velja tudi za izdelke kupljene v akciji, razen če zakon določa drugače ali je to izrecno navedeno ob nakupu.

Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract

Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the customer has the right to notify the company within 8 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day following receipt of the goods.

Conditions for Returning a Product

Condition of the Product

The returned product must be:
– unused,
– undamaged,
– in the original quantity,
– in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if the reduction results from handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


Products That Cannot Be Returned

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Returns are not possible for:
– products that have been used or damaged after receipt,
– hygiene products or personal-use items if the packaging has been opened,
– digital content or downloadable products,
– gift cards.


Return Procedure

How to Return a Product

After withdrawal from the contract has been confirmed, the product must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice.

The return address will be provided by email after the request has been submitted.

⚠️ Do not send products directly to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Method and Timeframe

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be issued:
– using the same payment method as used for the purchase,
– no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice,
– the company may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the customer provides proof of return.


Return Shipping Costs

Who Covers the Costs?

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Cyclingdragon is not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.


Exchanges and Complaints

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:
– a damaged product,
– an incorrect product,

In such cases, the cost of replacement or return is covered by Cyclingdragon.


Sale Items

The right of withdrawal also applies to products purchased on sale, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
